FIND FREE FOOD IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA

HOW TO GET HELP AFTER HURRICANE HELENE:

Hurricane Helene completely disrupted the regular distributions of food by the community partners we support. People needing help getting food, water, and other disaster supplies can pick these up at our new, temporary distribution location:
WNC Farmers Market
570 Brevard Road, Asheville, NC 28806
(Parking lot to the left, just past Jesse Israel Nursery)
Distribution Times:  October 7-12 and October 14-19, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily

(The info and content below are from prior to Hurricane Helene. We ask for our patience as our team and community partners work to re-establish our networks of food distribution.)

The MANNA Partner Network of more than 220 nonprofit pantries, meal sites, and other community-based organizations help neighbors access free food across 16 western North Carolina counties including the Qualla Boundary. Use the map below to find MANNA partners and food distributions close to you.

Use our food finder map to view hours, locations and information for all of our WNC food pantries, meal programs and distribution partners.

If you cannot access this map, or are having issues with finding a free food distribution near you, please call our Food Helpline for assistance: 1-800-820-1109.
