Troop 42504 Donates 1,200 Boxes of Cookies

At the beginning of May, Girl Scouts from Troop 42504 in Buncombe County stopped by MANNA and donated 1,200 boxes of cookies. These cookies were then distributed throughout our region, bringing hope to people who are struggling to afford groceries and may not be able to buy Girl Scout cookies when they go to the store.

In addition to this incredible donation, the Girl Scouts from Troop 42504 regularly work to create a food secure WNC by building, setting up and maintaining street food pantries throughout Buncombe County.

Thank you so much to Troop 42504, Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont and Ingles Markets for bringing joy to our neighbors throughout WNC!
