Crunchy Peanut Butter Banana Parfait

– 4 cups fat-free plain yogurt.
– 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter.
– 6 tablespoons chopped nuts.
– 16 pretzel twists, crumpled.
– Layer 1/2 cup yogurt.
– Half of the banana slices.
– 2 tablespoons nuts and pretzel.
– Repeat layers.
– Ready to eat or chill for later.

– 4 tazas de yogurt sin grasa.
